Nothing tremendously awful, they're shoppers, and will drop you without a note if they find someone else who underbids you.  They didn't call and ask me if I could match prices, even though I'd all ready done 3 things for them and thought I was going to do their work in my counties.  I just feel used.  I'm waiting to see if I get paid for the 3 things I've done.  I was just trying to send out some kudos to American Title, as they have always treated me with dignity and respect.  They make you feel like you're a part of the team and important to them. 

As it happens, it was my niece who underbid me, so insult to injury, but she can use the work, and it's more up her alley anyway.  Recordings, copying files, etc..., not what I really wanted to do at this point in my career.  She's young, let her do the gopher jobs.!
