I have no sympathy for Mrs. Lehn or anyone else that practices that way.  As mentioned before, I have been asked to do a numerous amount of things over the years.  I suppose having gone through Paralegal training I might be a bit more informed about morals and cannons and such.  Anyway, the point is CYA and DTA...cover your @$$ and don't trust anybody.  If it raises a red flag or the l.o. starts with my favorite saying "we need to get creative for this one", stop your wheels from spinning really look at it and ask your self a question....Am I too cute to goto jail (LOL)???

Seriously, tho, someone once told me that they may not get you today or tomorrow but they will eventually catch up to you and instead of having one or two bad deals you now have multiple years worth of bad deals because you were too stupid to realize.  Paperwork piles up, case files have no limits on size.
