The signing agents are starting to do paperless transactions (e signings) with lap top computers and air cards (wireless connection). Perhaps you could adjust it for your use. The air cards can be obtained from AT&T, Sprint or Verizon on monthly plans. There is no need to fax. You receive the order by email, type your abstract on the lap top, scan in the documents and attach them to the abstract, email the abstract and documents to your client and save a copy in your computer.
