Hi Scott, you can check out www.trustfax.com
They have a few programs that may work for you, not sure, I used them for a while while I needed them. They email you when a new fax comes in so you know, and you may access it from the email or go to the website and pull it from there. Pretty neat, not sure if cost effective for you, but always worked well and reliable.
