I have no ill feelings about anyone from India, Japan, Australia, Sudan or any other place on the planet but I am very much a patriot and I believe the title insurance companies are doing us a great injustice by perpetuating this practice.  It is sad to hear but in the end it is all about greed and money.  Not with me.  Absolutely not.  How do you sue people half way around the world for mistakes.  I'll tell you.  You don't.  We end up paying the price for that.  These days, when a fortune 500 company has money troubles who pays.  You, me, our neighbors, our colleagues.  Not the executives at the title companies.  Not the people who made the decisions.  It just gets passed on to people like us.
