That had to be before we adopted the policy of having the Treasury Sect. who had

"tax problems of his own", and didn't have to pay any penalty.  Now we have "a kindler and

evading "   IRS management, that should make them gentler also.  Ya gotta remember,

he promised and we voted for CHANGE, boy we sure have it......
