Nick,  As a person not involved in this fracas I would just say that it would appear important that

no matter that your team "was in hurry to complete the order and meet the TAT" the desire

of an abstractor to know the physical location of your business should be of a major importance to you.   With so many questionable "non-payers" posted on this site, it is only reasonable and responsible to know who and where the firms are they are doing business with.  In many cases it is posted on here that people were pressured to complete RUSH orders under such conditions as to really not knowing who/where the persons were they were being asked to complete work for.
