Or like the rest of America, has given up hope.  It used to be that when something went south the people stood up for what they believed.  Now, it seems like we are all so battered down with the economy and everything else (wars, drug wars, education failing, personal issues, etc) that no one knows where to start.  All of these issues combined ware on our health which then adds a whole 'nother set of problems.  We are held hostage by health care.
