It is one and the same...My apologies to Mr. Dubin, however. After I contacted him, he made it clear to me that he was also owed a large amount of money by Title Partners Plus and was no longer affiliated with them. Perhaps he sold out to Mr. Crissman...I have no idea. But regardless, the company is no longer in existense. I just wanted that to be known by anyone who may have been working with one of their branches. The last list of their branches I have is from 2006 or 2007. I did not work for all of them, only about 5. So there may have been others created afterwards. If anyone needs the names I have, I will be happy to post them.
