State College is in Centre County.  Maybe someone would be kind enough to see if he owns any property in that county or in a neighboring county?? You could find his house and send the invoices there!  I think if the owners of the larger companies know that the abstractors are working together across the nation to find them if they decide to disappear they would think twice about being dishonest or not paying.....I am obviously not saying everyone who goes out of business is dishonest but it could save someone, somewhere, a couple bucks :)
