I don't understand why so many members of Source of Title don't take advantage of the Search Messages option.  If you (they) did you would find numerous references to this company and their business practices and that they are another "infamous" company located in India.  We don't move on a new client request before we search SOT, Watchdog, and Google the you know what out of them.  So many members of SOT have responded to questions like this over and over with the "big warning" only to see their efforts go unheeded.  This is a great service, use it!  I can't believe the constant postings like this from abstractors who can't collect from accounts with money owed to them from 6 months ago and haven't caught on.  I am know as an instigator and an antagonist but I tell it like it is.  Enough... read, research and learn!
