Steve,  That seems to be the tact taken by the crooks out there:

they know that we may feel, "not willing to risk the account".

Like I tell the slow

payers, I'd rather

be fishing, golfing, or doing somethins enjoyable instead of getting

shafted for doing your work for which I may never get paid.

Usually they sputter and complain, but if they are a good

customer, they will pay up and life (and the business can

go on).  If not, better to loose a little than a bundle, as you

found out.
