Wow, Edward!  So I was given wrong info on all sides! Are you in a major metro area? I was told that's why our insurance goes up every year, even though we have no claims. I liked Lloyd's and found that they were even a bit less expensive than others. You better believe I'm on the phone with our insurer...  they sure have some 'splaining to do!
