Ok," stick to the facts".  The rat died owing many people and

causing great hardship for them.  That still makes him a rat in

my mind, the must have been a  *amn poor manager and did

not have much business (collection ) sense.  Maybe it's really

best he is gone.  Giving away other peoples money while not
