Barbara - I agree that being negative is not healthy.  I am just advocating caution.  Because I have seen abstractors move around to get to where the grass is greener first hand, and have heard them on the phone to clients badmouthing other abstractors, I am saying, protect yourself first.  No matter how positive you may feel you are, it does not stop some others from taking what you have, given the chance.   Martha
