I recently received information that Red Vision has a Texas title plant that is (will be?) underwritten by WestCor.  Has anyone heard if their index is accurate?  I have been trying to find out any information that is available on their Texas operations.  They are offering plant access for really cheap.  If anyone is familiar with Integrity's plant access fees, Red Vision will be lower than that. Any feed back I can get is great.  Is cheap plant access worth using a New plant that isn't 'established and reliable'?  Thanks!!!
