Kevin, Your neighbors don't really care if you have a good heart or not,
they just don't want 10-20 or more dogs barking. Also, if the restriction
was to prevent a "kennel", I'm sure it would have been written that way.
As a side point, remember the old saying, "if it barks like a bunch of
dogs, smells like a bunch of dogs, and makes poop like a bunch of
dogs, it is a kennel".
