I have been slammed with work since the week before Thanksgiving 08, it actually just started slowing down for me this week.

I know that alot of lenders will do heavy advertising in 3 states at a time, then go on to the next 3, and so on.

I was speaking to one of my clients a few weeks ago who said they are slammed with work in California, Oregon and Washington State and not so busy in the rest of the country.

Personally I think the media are a bunch of terrorists, they are terrorizing the American public, which is why I do not read newspapers or watch TV, the only thing I do track is mortgage rates and do it over the internet.

I have wondered my entire life how much of what the media prints or says is true. If you listen to their crap long enough you start thinking maybe you should  just give up and go dig your own grave.
