Please rest assured that our firm is completely honest and transparent and that we would never engage in anything illegal or dishonest. 

I agree with you that the clerk's practices are often unfair, and if we are guilty of anything it is in not interfering with them.

In re-reading my post (I am assuming I am the one being refered to)  I make no specific indications about any of our actions or practices.

If you ever have any questions about our company's practices and proceedures I would encourage you to contact me or anyone in any office and we will gladly explain or show you how we opperate.

I resent the implication that I or anyone in my company is in any way dishonest or not a good business person.
