LOL - Once again William, I assure you that we are doing nothing illegal.

In addition to property filings we file UCCs, FBNs and anything else under the sun that our clients ask us to.  The corrections required are not always something we can fix - as you so elequently note in your first paragraph.  We often have to return the document to the client and make a second or third trip to the clerk.  When we do a lot of extra foot work we charge an extra fee.

I am glad for the opportunity to civily discuss business with a direct competetor William, and I am glad to know that you are keeping a close watch for any fraudulent or illegal activity.  Please know that we are doing the same.
