Try American Insurance Professionals.  They are very knowledgeable and they gave me a quote I was happy with (as happy as one can be about insurance premiums, these days.)  My rate stayed about the same as last year. Unlike TIAC, it is an agency and they will shop multiple carriers for your insurance.
