Denise,  I stay true to my own fees also.  Seems some attys/title companies, even local here,  are soliciting bids for title work apparently for foreclosures.  I stick to my fees.  I've raised doc. ret. and full search fees since I first started independently.  But my C/O fee has remained the same even w/increased expense.  There are those who undercut me, not just the 4.75 overseas searchers, but locally too.  For some reason, I have had plenty of work and I appreciate it.  I hope that more will stick to their fees like you and me.  I wish you the best!
