Source of Title Forums: Re: Looking to get started in title searches

Don't waste your time. Between the VM's constant pressure to force abstractors to work for next to nothing and the outsourcing of work to India there is little money to be made from abstracting any more. Stick with the closings...there is more money to be made than with abstracting and less liability and aggravation.
