I would recommend against doing work for them.  I did one current owner search for them last fall and pulled copies of all documents they requested.  They fought me repeatedly over my invoice that was less than $75.00.  They stated that all they ordered was a "deed retrieval"; After a month or so of fighting them over a silly invoice, they paid me $26.50 - less than half of what I charged to do the work.

Needless to say, I do not and do not care to do anymore work for them.
