If you aren't familiar with our new Bulletin Service, it is basically a way for you to keep your clients informed of pertinent information about your company, your services, and the counties you cover.  Each Source of Title member with a company listed has access to the "My Bulletins" page (see left column under BULLETINS).  There, you can enter a short post to inform your clients about anything you think they may find relevant about your business. 

For an example of what your clients might see:

Go To the BULLETINS page and enter "214" in the "SOT ID #" box and click the "Subscribe Button."

This will subscribe to VersaTitle Services' bulletins.  You can always remove the company later if you do not wish to continue subscribing to this companies' bulletins (it is my abstracting company). 

For more information on how to use the Bulletin Service, see my blog about the service.  Basically, once you have started using the Bulletin Service, you just have to ask your clients to subscribe.  Complete instructions are available in the blog.

NOW FOR WHAT'S NEW:

Source of Title members will now receive a daily email of all of the new bulletins posted by companies on their Bulletins list - those they have chosen to subscribe to.  By default they are opted in to receive these aggregated emails - one per day.  Members who do not wish to receive them, may opt-out by unchecking the box marked "Send me a daily summary of any bulletins from my subscribed companies."

This will allow members to get notices of new bulletins so they don't miss anything if they don't visit the Bulletins page daily. 

WHY YOU SHOULD USE THE BULLETIN SERVICE:

As a reminder, this is a completely FREE service from Source of Title.  It is free for you and those who subscribe.  Thus, there is no reason not to take advantage of it.  The Bulletin Service is a professional way to keep your clients informed, all at once, and set yourself apart from your competition.
