I only did 2 orders for them--Neither have been paid.  First reminders, I got an email that the person who ordered the searches was on "extended maternity leave" and invoices were being forwarded.  Next month, I sent more reminder invoices with a stern note that I didn't hold their orders for 3 months before sending them to them, and I expected to be paid or I was turning the invoices over for collection.  Got a response that contained an apology of sorts that said the guy had not responded because he had taken a second job (?) and that THEY had not gotten paid so didn't know where the $$ was coming to pay me and that they understood if I had to turn it over for collection!  I still haven't been paid.
