We have been working with Single Source for about a year now as well.  They have automated payments.  If the invoice is submitted by the 20th of the month, they cut the check on the 15th of the next month.  Have never had a problem with payment.  They are doing a ton of foreclosure and REO work.  All the people I have dealt wth there (both on the title side and property preservation side - my husband's business) are all very knowledgeable and if they don't understand when I call with a heads up when there is an unsual problem in the search, they have someone call me who does understand.  I would recommend them as a client!
