I was allowed the $22,000 in the garnishment.  The full amount would have been allowed but Heavyweight only had $22,000 in their account.  I will get it within the next 2 weeks.  The bank can only release it to me.  If Mr. Sklar files for bankruptcy, they can require me to return the money within 90 days of me receiving it.

I forget the particulars of the Titlestream BK, but the company did not file for bankruptcy.  Monte and his wife did.  We were listed as debtors but there is no money to get.

My attorney was great.
