Finally, I have been paid by Ameristar for work I did in August 2007.  David Pool had contacted me after I had posted for a third time that I had not been paid.  I want to thank David for his effort in paying me and sending the check overnight.  I remember that the last time I posted here on SOT that he contacted me and he stated that he was going to take of this matter however, it apparantly fell by the wayside.  After reading the other replies I have to wonder if the owner actually knows what is going on.  It had taken me several calls and faxes of my invoices (of which there was only 2) and a letter from my attorney, of which there was no response to by Ameristar and then at least 3 postings on this site to get response.  I hope that Ameristar can get their ducks in order to be more professional.  When they want speedy response by us, I expect a similar response back in payment.
