Keep on them for your copy costs.  I would still consider them a

non-payer, as long as they owe you anyting related to the search

you did for them.   How's about if they paid you for the search fee,

but then stuck you with a $ 12 "overnight shipping fee"?   In my

mind they still are a non-payer, just like a skunk is a skunk that

only sprays on you shoes and pant legs.  Still stinky and smells

like a skunk.  If they owe you anything, they are a NON-PAYER

and deserve to be rewarded by being posted on here for others

to be warned.
