Just to be clear about my posts to you and anyone- they are never meant to be "negative" but rather to encourage a positive attitude toward our profession and how we deal with "situations" that we have to deal with daily.
As far as raising prices- I have found that increases are tolerated by those that respect you and your company- they see it everywhere else- and you(and I) are not immune to increased costs of doing business- it is just normal to follow suit and increase them to our clients also-I do believe they understand.
Keep up the good work and policies in your business- You are to be commended for your position in the industry.
