Robert,   Except that if the deadbeat is smart, he won't keep the (any)

money in a bank because it could be attached.  My thought was, get

it attached at the closing agent's level, before the deadbeat gets his

hands on it.    Sort of like walking into the closing and serving the

attachment just prior to the closing agent handing over the check

I assume they have prepared ahead of time.
