I think the correct answer would be "C". The bank, which did not properly record it's mortgage, and the finance co. joined together in the forclosure action against the driver. The lien of the cyclist would have been included in the action as a defendant along with the driver. Therefore the lien the cyclist "properly recorded" would no longer attach to this property , but would still attach to any other property the driver owns. The cyclist should have executed on his Judgment Lien prior to the bank.
