I have never blogged before. I see our Industry changing dramatically. I have been an Abstractor for more than 27 years. It seems to me that the local attorneys/title companies are not getting the work and it is all going out to these "National Companies". I am going to keep my own fee schedule and pick up the pieces, i.e. what ever work I can get in any County. Good luck!
