If  "There was no stealing.", the person making the original post

needs to issue an apology .  Just a ?????, how would the

clerk's offices know "there was no stealing", if the person used

someone elses ######?   Just what did you "ask" the clerk's offices?

Often how you ask the ???? predetermines the answer you get.
