Robert, In regards to "ban him from doing searches", aren't the records public and
open to everyone, including convicted felons who have been released? Also, wouldn't
"the codes" belong to private individuals or companies, thus he has done nothing
against the county, per se? I would guess the local D.A. wouldn't waste his time
or efffort on such a nickle and dime case. How did he get "the codes"? Someone
have a blabber mouth, loud talking, writing them down on order papers, etc, etc,?
Sounds like it's a personal problem of those who had their codes lifted, and
isn't our country based on free enterprise, offering a good or service for a lower
price or rate??? (ie: Walmart - falling prices)
Id theft usually seems to have an opportunity presented to the person stealing
the id or information.
