Well, Tempie, I realize there are two sides to every story. But, if the abstrator did not give you a reason for turning down your orders, I'd have to say that abstractor needs to go back to Business 101. Even if there was a valid reason for turning down your orders, there is no reason to hold them until the delivery deadline to inform you. Maybe some juvenile short-term personal satisfaction, I can think of nothing else.
