I think my husband is in love with you!!! lol  You said the smartest thing that I have read on here since my husband and I started our tiny little abstracting business.  We have searched for 20 years and recently moved here to the lovely state of AR.  We barely are working because every call, every old client all wants us to do searching for about 2.00 a search.  Its insane.  I think that allegiance is the answer and aligning each other instead of this hard line competing.  So I agree, get loud!
