No surprise here.  Who woulda thought that putting all the people's land record info on
a computer system might not be a damn bad idea.  The old paperwork and books might have been cumbersome, but if a county had  2 copies of the paperwork, loss of all the records would be dang hard to do.  Hackers from half way around the world would be out of luck.  I often wonder who paid off the RODs that got this ball rolling.
