Source of Title Forums: Re: Requiring Full E&R for Last Owner Searches

I think what is happening is they are trying to turn Current Owners or 1 Owner and 2 Owner searches into Full Searches or mini full searches and getting them for the price of a current owners search. Or maybe they are just trying to keep the searching in the US but can't compete with the oversea's fees. Who can.
