I am one of the owners of Real Title Services.  I am an experienced title searcher and vendor manager.  I worked with the developer of AbstractorPro™ for many hours providing the input on how it should work best for our industry.  The developer is a software engineer who has written many software applications. We talk daily working to put in extras and planning our first upgrade.  While collaborating, we decided to form a partnership to export the software to other abstractors and vendor management companies.  I know I have been unhappy with the choices of software for what we do.  I would rather have purchased, subscribed or whatever, software that would work for title searchers in an easy to use fashion and that made sense for our work flow. I just couldn't find anything satisfactory and affordable.  We have been using AbstractorPro™ for over a year now with little to no problems at all.  We have no need for any other software system.  When we first got on the system there were bugs that got fixed immediately.  I have about 18 remote workers using it daily processing 100s of orders.  Any company who uses AbstractorPro™ has their own completely enclosed and secure system.  No one can look into it unless the administrator of your system gives a person user credentials.  Currently in our system for Real Title Services there are 17,844 completed jobs.  Each having a complete PDF search package attached to it.  I hope this answers your question.
