John, I wish you the best of luck out in AZ.  I just took a vaca there for Thanksgiving and it was awesome.  Can't speak for the title work tho.  It seems like there are or were Title Offices back in 2006 but I didn't see as many this time. 

On a side note!!  Watch out for diggin in the dirt - gardening, construction zones, etc.  My mom contracted Desert Valley Fever for which there is no cure out there.  She has been going thru h3ll ever since and the "treatments" gave her cancer we think. 

Persons that are born or grow up there tend to have a natural immunity be being from Ohio my mom did not and we had no clue such a fungus lived in the dirt that when breathed in will continue to grow in the lungs and cause havoc on immune system, muscles and joints.
