George: You are correct- there is no reason to go stand in a big room filled with micro film when I can do the same thing from my home computer. I pay subscription fees in excess of $1500 per year to be able to access these county web sites- but it is worth it.
My entire title examination history is restricted to those counties in Northern Virginia - since 1976, and I only do work there.Since the INTERNET allows me not to be located there- , I chose to move to Tennessee to be with my son as he attends college here in Nashville.
