Winning contract collection cases is as easy as shooting ducks in a barrel. Don't understand how you could have lost if you had the evidence to back you up. If you were in small claims jurisdiction ($5,000.00 in Connecticut) the cost is minimal. If you were in the Superior Court there are ways of limiting your expenses.
