I've been doing work for them for quite some time now and am quite happy with them.  It is a bit time consuming at first to learn their system but it actually is a very good system and once learned you can fly through it.  They do require full copies of everything which is quite expensive in CT but again, we built the average copy cost into your price and it works well.  I have never had a payment issue with them and they are very pleasant to deal with them.  I would rate them an A.
