Right as memory serves Marcia Clarke was a bit stupid to think all she needed was a bit of blood she refused to share and glove that gee wiz didn't fit.  Ladies, what is the golden rule about leather?????  If you don't wear it it shrinks!  Duh.

So, back to the question at hand - could we seek a civil case in lieu of a criminal or tort case?  I think so but I am not an attorney.  It makes sense to me that the owner or partners should be held accountable on a civil level.  But then again a lot of our laws don't make sense to me and some of the punishment/penalties seem a bit skewed in comparison to each other.
