REALLY????  That is a joke right???  Realtors doing CO Searches.  That is the scariest thought I think I have heard all year long.

I know a handfull of Realtors that would know what that meant but over all you would loose about half when you say the word COSearch.  I can't believe they would know what that means as that is a bit of jargon they may have heard in passing.  Half the time the realtors don't even order the ding dang gas line warranty and the home warranty for the closing.

And another thing, who runs COsearches for a purchase???  Unless you have the prior owners policy don't you run a full search????  That seems even more scary!!
