It's REALLY odd, I know, and I keep pressing the title company to make sure their underwriter understands Argent Title Research is not a title company -- we're abstractors!  I keep thinking someone is miscommunicating with someone else.

I'm going to tell my client that an associate said the same thing happened to her a couple of years ago, but apparently the issue was resolved without more insurance.
