All funds listed on the HUD are escrowed funds. If the abstractors and signing agents are listed on the HUD they should have been paid from the escrowed funds by the disbursement agent in accord with the information shown on the HUD....What Happened? Did someone fail to disburse funds in accord with the HUD? If so,.......big problem. What became of the escrowed funds that were supposed to have been paid to those named on the HUD?
