Just to be clear, does that mean if I send you an e-mail complaint about the

"offending party" you will deal with it, or just ignore it.  How many "complaints"

to you does it take to get some action against the offending party, (just wondering

if one, two, 10 or 20 is needed).  I didn't realize I needed to make a formal

complaint via e-mail, but I can if that is what is needed, if I am offended.  I must

assume that you are an individual that will treal all complainers (via e-mail)

equally, and will warn the offending party once an e-mail complaint has been

filed.
